• Unfortunately, shipping can no longer be stopped or changed after an order has been placed.
Your order is prepared automatically immediately and handed over to the parcel service. You can therefore expect the parcel to arrive at your address after approximately 2 working days.
Irrespective of this, subsequent changes to the delivery address would also not be possible due to buyer protection and seller regulations. Unfortunately, orders paid for via PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna may only be sent to the address provided by the buyer when making the payment.
After handing the shipment over to the parcel service, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the option to track the shipping status online.
Using this tracking number, you can also specify a different delivery date, a safe place, a neighbour or a different delivery address directly with the parcel service, if required.
