When will my order be dispatched? / Delivery missing / Dispatch delayed / Delivery / Order status / Shipment status / Shipment tracking
The delivery time for the item is specified directly in the item description.
• Items with a delivery time of "In stock, available immediately" are prepared on the day of order or the following working day and handed over to the parcel service.
You can therefore expect to receive your parcel after approximately 2 working days.
• Items with a delivery time of "approx. 3-5 days" will be prepared within one week and handed over to the parcel service.
Tip: For orders placed directly in the it-refurbished•net online shop, you can check the delivery status in your customer account under My Orders (click here).
After we have handed over the parcel to the parcel service, we will also send you an email with the tracking number and the option to track the shipping status online.
