In most cases, it is not a technical defect, but a problem with software or settings that has nothing to do with defective hardware. Often these are problems with Windows or MacOS, error messages or questions about setting up software or devices. Since, after delivery of a device, only the user has influence over the software and the settings they have made themselves, there is no warranty from the manufacturer or retailer according to the law.
