You have purchased a device with the Microsoft Windows operating system. The Microsoft Windows operating system is included free of charge, as stated in the item description.
You have not automatically purchased a single-user licence for Microsoft Office or the Microsoft 365 subscription service with your device.
Microsoft always supplies Microsoft Windows free of charge, but Microsoft generates its profits with Microsoft Office, which is why Office licences must always be purchased separately. As a retailer of IT hardware, we unfortunately have no influence over this.
If you want to use Microsoft Office software, you must first purchase a licence. Microsoft Office licences are available directly from Microsoft or in our online shop. Alternatively, you can of course download free office software such as Open Office or Libre Office from the internet.
