• Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be stopped or changed.
Your order is automatically prepared immediately and handed over to the parcel service. You can therefore expect to receive your parcel after approximately 2 working days.
Regardless of this, subsequent changes to the delivery address would also not be possible due to buyer protection and seller regulations. Orders paid for via PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna can unfortunately only be sent to the address provided by the buyer during payment.
After we have handed over the shipment to the parcel service, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the option to track the shipping status online.
With this tracking number, you can also specify a different delivery date, a drop-off location, a neighbour or a different delivery address directly with the parcel service, if desired.
