My docking station is not working. After connecting the port replicator, I do not get an image on the monitor.
• Please check the power rating of the AC adapter power supply that supplies power to the docking station. Depending on the application, a higher wattage may be required.
If several components are connected to the docking station, or if very power-intensive applications are being used, a more powerful power supply may be required than the one included as standard.
In such cases, an AC adapter power supply with a higher wattage (e.g. 130 watts, 160 watts) is optionally available from the manufacturer, if required.
• Please check whether the connection cable linking the laptop and the docking station is actually compatible and correctly connected.
• Please check whether the version of the monitor connection cable linking the docking station and the monitor is not too old. The HDMI or DisplayPort cable should be at least version 1.4.
