My docking station is not functioning. After connecting the port replicator, I do not receive an image on the monitor.
• Please check the power output of the AC adapter power supply that powers the docking station. Depending on the application, a higher wattage may be required.
If several components are connected to the docking station, or for very power-intensive applications, a larger power supply unit than the one included as standard may be required.
In such cases, an AC adapter power supply unit with a higher wattage (e.g. 130 watts, 160 watts) is available from the manufacturer as an option, if desired.
• Please check that the connection cable connecting the laptop and the docking station actually fits and is plugged in correctly.
• Please check that the version of the monitor connection cable connecting the docking station and the monitor is not too old. The HDMI or DisplayPort cable should be at least version 1.4.
